OUR WINERY AND ITS SETTING
 You'll find the Vermilion Valley Vineyards and Winery about two miles east of the village of Birmingham in the northern part of Ohio's Lorain County. Our environmentally friendly, award-winning building occupies high ground surrounded by meadows, over 5000 classic-variety grape vines, and numerous other plantings. Native wetland vegetation surrounds our 1.5-acre stocked pond. You can enjoy views of all of these features and the neighboring farmlands from our tasting room, covered patio, and pond-side fire pit. Our landscape is yours to enjoy and explore. Consider preparing your own picnic meal at our tables and grills installed around the pond. Meats and accompaniments are available, including pick-it-yourself sweet corn, salad fixings, and blueberries and other fruits in season. Children should find our out-of-doors environment especially appealing and educational.
Indoor and outdoor facilities can be reserved during business hours and at other times for a variety of kinds of activities such as weddings, dinners, class reunions, and business meetings.
