Our current offerings include sweetened labrusca varieties such Concord, Niagara and Pink Catawba, and vinifera varieties including Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Riesling.  We hope to add some special local fruit wines.

As the vineyards mature, estate bottled wines will be produced from the grapes grown in the vineyards; including red varieties such as Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Chambourcin, Dornfelder and Lemberger, and white varieties such as Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Muscat Ottonel, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Traminette.
